塑料托盘产品描述：
塑料托盘是使用pe\\pp等热塑性塑料，加上一些改善性能的添加剂，通过注塑、吹塑等工艺加工而成的。
随着对生产条件、仓储条件、过程控制、品质管理的要求不断提高，由于木托盘在卫生状况及规范生产上无法克服的局限性，塑料托盘开始出现，并很快占据了一席之地。目前已广泛应用于机械、电子、食品、医药、服装等行业。与木质托盘相比，塑料托盘整体性好，卫生洁净，易于冲洗消毒，在使用中具有质轻、无钉刺、耐酸碱、不霉变等特点，其使用寿命是木托盘的5—7倍。此外，塑料托盘符合环保要求，废盘材料可以回收利用。虽然塑料托盘价格相对偏高，但使用成本核算低于木托盘。
